Queen Elizabeth II’s traditional Christmas speech as a podcast

Royal officials have said in a statement that the Queen Elizabeth II’s traditional Christmas speech would be made available as a downloadable podcast for the first time this year.

Interested web users can order a download in advance for free on the British monarchy’s Web site.

The speech would also be made available as a text version on the royal website. Users would also be able to view the speech on the website.

The Queen is expected to talk about the importance of the relationship between the generations this year.

The speech itself is expected to be filmed at Southwark Cathedral in London. The Queen has also this year recorded a special speech to the armed forces.
