Microsoft Zune fails to land on Amazon’s top seller list this holiday season
Microsoft launched their Zune digital music and video player with much fanfare in November this year. However, it has failed to impress many people as it stayed away from the Amazon’s top seller list this holiday season.
Apple in comparison continues to have a ball with their iPod range of digital players. Several players from this range were present on the Amazon’s top seller list this year.
Apple also managed to shine with their laptop products as Apple MacBook 13.3-inch notebook in white and black was the top seller in the home computing segment.
Zune saw most of its sales during the first few days of launch. The sales dropped after that time. It has however stayed ahead of SanDisk in this segment. Microsoft responded by saying that the player has matched their sales target and they are pretty satisfied with it.
