Apple iTunes back on track
Sources have confirmed that the hugely popular Apple iTunes online store is now back on track after facing glitches during the holiday rush on Christmas.
Apparently, the Christmas day saw so much traffic on the store that users faced error messages and long delays while trying to download songs.
Apple has not given any explanation for these issues though it is being credited to the whole bunch of new users who got new Apple iPods this Christmas.
Experts say that the rush exceeded even Apple’s expectations and somehow they managed to fail to satisfy the people trying to access the site at once.
Hitwise reported that as many as 4 times more visitors landed on the Apple iTunes store on Christmas this year compared to last year.
