Blockbuster ended last year with over 2 million customers
US based Movie Rental Company Blockbuster has said that they ended the last year with more than 2 million customers.
The company said that they are currently serving around 2.2 million online rental subscribers.
Out of these around 2 million are paying customers.
Blockbuster Chairman and Chief Executive Officer John Antioco added that they have gained from the recently launched which makes it easier for customers to return the DVDs through the mail or exchanging them at stores for free rentals.
However, they are still nowhere near their rivals Netflix which is aiming to touch a subscriber base of 6 million customers.
