They currently have no inventory to provide replacements for those who have RMAs. My RMA was registered 02/05/05 and I have yet to receive a replacement. According to their support website, my 30-day old RMA is still pending. I received a phone call 2 weeks ago promising a replacement express shipped to me in 7-days or less plus an exended 1 year warranty. Still waiting...and fuming.
