Samsung to include Google and Yahoo! services on their mobile phones
Samsung Electronics has said that they would be pre-installing services from Yahoo on its mobile phones. In addition, they would also be providing one-click access to applications and services from Yahoo’s competitor Google on select models of its mobile phones.
These new mobile phones should be available in the market really soon.
The company plans to include services including Go for Mobile 2.0, Yahoo oneSearch, Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Messenger, and Yahoo Personal Information Management on millions of new Samsung mobile phones in more than 60 countries.
Yahoo! oneSearch is their new search engine designed for mobile devices.
Samsung already has a mobile phone available in the market SGH-E570 pre-loaded with Yahoo Search. The company however has no plans to disappoint Google fans as well. Users would be able to use Google services with easy one click access on most of these mobile phones.
Samsung has also launched the SGH-Z720, its first mobile handset installed with Google mobile search and Gmail services. This phone is compatible with HSDPA networking protocol.
