Yahoo! adds social networking features to Yahoo Answers
Internet Company Yahoo! has been rumored to be trying to acquire the social networking service Facebook. However, they might no longer need to go for an acquisition as they are now testing adding social networking features to their own Yahoo! Answers service.
Yahoo Answers has become a shining star for the company and they have now added a beta service designed to let the 90 million users of this service to create “personal networks” with each other.
Members are also now allowed to invite non-Yahoo! users to join their network. This could potentially boost the users of the service.
Members of a network would also be able to see if other members have posted or answer any question on the service.
The company already has several other services which can be integrated with such a social network like Flickr, del.icio.us and MyBlogLog.
