ATI launches five new Gaming Cards

The competition in the PC Graphic Cards market just got hotter. ATI has good news for the computer gamers. They have released five new cards aimed at advanced gamers.

The new gaming cards are called ATI Radeon X800, X800 XL, X850 XT, X850 Pro, and X850 XT Platinum Edition. Three of these cards namely X850 XT, XT Pro, and XT Platinum offer a 16-pixel pipe and 6 vertex engine architecture which makes them more powerful than any of the current graphic cards from the company.

As per PCMag: The X800-series products will come in both 12 and 16 pixel pipe versions with a 256-bit memory interface, and include 3Dc technology; Videosharer HD with programmable video performance; Flexible multi-display options, including dual-DVI for customers using multiple flat panel displays; and VIVO (video-in, video-out) options.

Time for Nvidia to come up with a good response!
