Yahoo! launches Yahoo Mobile Publisher Services
Internet Company Yahoo! continues to expand their range of mobile services. They just recently launched their updated mobile services and search engine OneSearch.
And now, they have launched their mobile advertising platform for companies to get their messages across the mobile devices. They call this Yahoo Mobile Publisher Services.
This new platform would help advertisers to take advantage of this new medium which is increasingly becoming a popular mode to surf the internet.
Though, experts believe that mobile users detest the idea of seeing advertising on their mobile devices, Yahoo! said that this would enable them to provide more services to the customer for free.
Their rivals include search industry leaders Google and software giants Microsoft both of which are working hard on enhancing their mobile tools and services.
The company said that this service is now available in 19 countries and the advertising would go live by the second quarter of the year.
