The Dragon: Hewlett Packard Pavilion HDX announced

World’s largest personal computer maker Hewlett Packard has announced a new notebook product named HP Pavilion HDX Entertainment Series Notebook PC.

This would their biggest laptop product in the market and would feature the just launched Intel’s Centrino Pro technology.

This laptop is also being referred to as The Dragon and it features a massive 20.1-inch WSXGA+ Ultra BrightView widescreen display along with 4 Altec Lansing speakers with built-in HP Triple Bass Reflex subwoofer.

It also comes loaded with a HD DVD-ROM drive and HDMI port built-in. for gamers, the laptop features the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 XT, which supports DirectX 10.

HP is also loading this notebook product with HP HDTV Hybrid TV tuner along with a HP Mobile Remote. In addition, it would have 4GB DDR2 RAM, 400GB Hard Drive coupled with the Intel 4965AGN wireless chip.

The notebook would come preinstalled with the Windows Vista Ultimate operating system 64 bit. The weight? An awesome 15 pounds!
