Button-Less Mouse: Another amusing patent for Apple Inc.

iPod maker Apple has gained yet another amusing patent. This time for a mouse device which contains no buttons!

The device somewhat resembles their existing Mighty Mouse which currently features touch-sensitive side buttons and Bluetooth technology.

Their new mouse could look similar but use touch sensors instead of buttons. The patent related images also shown a mouse with no scrolling ball or wheel.

This comes just at the time where there are other reports stating that the company is considering developing an iPod version with a touch screen at the back. This rumor was linked with another recent patent gained by the company.
