They lie about their names and where they are. They are handling the FRAUD COMPLAINTS but they are frauds. I am getting ready to file a fraud complaint and I will include the fraud unit of Citibank. I am shocked that these guys and gals who are not American have information like my Social Security Number and my account information. Who do I call - Interpol?
