Google launches Experimental search on Google Labs

Search engine giant Google has added an Experimental search feature on their Google Labs website.

This section would feature some of the experiments Google is conduction with their search services to make them more useful for the end user.

Currently the Experimental search features four different searching options. These are:

Timeline and map views: See results on a timeline or map. With the timeline and map views.

Keyboard shortcuts: Navigate search results quickly and easily, minimizing use of your mouse.

Left-hand search navigation: Search deeper in a particular type of content—patents, products or news.

Right-hand contextual search navigation: Right-hand contextual search navigation allows you to search deeper in a particular type of content or to search related terms
