Audi TT now available in India for Rs 49 lakh
Luxury car maker Audi has launched their latest model in the Indian market. Audi launched their sports coupe Audi TT in India at a starting price of Rs 49 lakh.
The company added in a statement that this car would be available on order from the first week of next month.
Audi had launched the original Audi TT in 1998. fortunately they are selling the second generated updated version in the Indian market.
The company added about this car that it has been built on the lightweight Audi Space Frame Design (ASF) platform, combining 69 per cent aluminum and 31 steel in the car body.
This model has been honored with many awards including the inaugural Drive Car of the Year, Top Gear Coupe of the Year 2006, Fifth Gear Car of the Year 2006, Autobild ‘Most Beautiful Car’ and World Design Car of the Year 2007, as well as being a finalist for World Car of the Year.
Audi TT would now complement the other cars being offered by the company in India including A8, A7, A6 and A4.

Hi,
For all these cars to survive in India , i believe that the price of the car should be between 15-25 lakh range .
Cars costing too high are not that popular in India coz of a simple reason either we dont have that much of money and even if we dont have that kind of roads to drive this luxurious car.
These car manufacturers have their plants setup at Chennai , then why does it still have to cost so high
