Google Analytics service users facing reliability issues
We have already heard a lot of user complaints related to the downtime on Google’s Blogger service. Apparently, the search engine giant is now facing uptime issues with their web analytic service Google Analytics.
As per available reports, the service suffered an outage that affected some users for more than 24 hours this week.
Users were found complaining on their blogs and on the various forums including Google Groups. Their main complain was regarding the lack of response from the company on this outage.
Tuesday and Wednesday were the worst days though there were some issues on Friday as well. Reports suggest that the Google Analytics users were able to enter their accounts but their was no data available from the company’s servers.
A Google spokeswoman had this to say about the problems faced by their users: “Earlier this week, there was a reporting delay within some Google Analytics accounts due to system maintenance. No data was lost, and reporting is back to normal now.”
Apparently, all the users wanted the company to discuss these issues on their Google Analytics Blog to keep them updated about the problems.
