Warner Music video archive coming online for free viewing

World’s fourth largest music group Warner Music has announced that they would soon make their video archive available for viewing online.

The service would be available for free and would be supported by online advertising. They are going to work with digital services provider Premium TV to create these digital hubs.

Warner sells music from several popular artists including Madonna and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. These digital hubs would be organized by artist, genre or label to make it easier for the fans to check out their favorite videos.

The company added that the service would also feature previously unseen footage. They also plan to make the archive available in several languages.

Patrick Vien, chairman and chief executive of Warner Music International added more on their plans: “This major new proposition in online TV represents a key step in our continued transformation. These unique digital hubs will further enable us to monetize our content across the myriad of ever-developing ways that people enjoy music.”
