Lenovo launches ThinkPad T61 and ThinkPad R61 notebooks

PC manufacturer Lenovo has announced two new ThinkPad notebook models. These are ThinkPad T61 14.1-inch widescreen notebook and R Series widescreen, ThinkPad R61 14.1-inch widescreen notebook.

The company said that these new products feature a new top cover roll cage for excellent durability, an improved cooling system, enhanced wireless connectivity with Ultra Connect II and longer battery life through its battery stretch control option.

These two notebook products are powered with Intel Centrino Pro and Intel Centrino Duo mobile technology.

The company also announced another product Lenovo 3000 N200 15.4-inch widescreen notebook which offers Lenovo 3000 N200 15.4-inch widescreen notebook.

Anoop G Nambiar, vice president, strategy and BT, Lenovo India spoke on this new product launch: “A cornerstone of our strategy is to innovate and we have demonstrated Lenovo’s best engineering at work by integrating new technologies and design into our new ThinkPad notebook PCs. Improvements in durability, reliability and wireless connectivity will offer superior user experience to customers and also enhance productivity.”
