Baidu.com to enter European market
China’s dominating search engine company Baidu.com is said to be working on plans to enter the European market.
The company is likely to announce their plans by the end of this month when Baidu CFO Shawn Wang would address the NASDAQ investor conference.
This was reported by the Sunday Telegraph newspaper in an online report. The event is scheduled to happen on June 19.
Baidu.com is expected to enter the Chinese market to attract youth online audience to challenge the dominating Google.
Baidu.com has already launched their Japanese search engine and it would interesting to see how they expand into the European market.
