CNN to cosponsor presidential debates along with Google’s YouTube

News media company CNN has announced that they are going to cosponsor the upcoming Democratic and Republican presidential debates along with Google owned YouTube video sharing service.

The collaboration between CNN and YouTube would allow the web users to submit questions to candidates via videos sent through the YouTube online video community.

The two companies said that the first of these debates would feature the eight Democratic presidential candidates on July 23 in South Carolina.

Candidates would be required to answer questions submitted by ordinary people through videos posted on the YouTube service.

CNN added that their Anderson Cooper would be acting as the anchor on these debates.
