Dell launches a flash memory based laptop product

World’s second largest maker of personal computers Dell has announced the launch of their first flash memory based notebook product.

The company also launched some new notebooks which have been made available in eight different colors with advanced features.

These colors are: flamingo pink, sunshine yellow, alpine white, ruby red, jet black, midnight blue and espresso.

Dell further said that they are now phasing out their Dimension brand which they used for their desktop computers.

Dell’s desktop machines would now be sold under the Inspiron brand which is used for their notebook products.

The company is working hard on enhancing their product range to boost sales to get back their number one position in the market which was taken away by Hewlett Packard recently.
