Apple enhances orders for Apple iPhone screens from Balda
German daily Handelsblatt has reported that the US based personal computer maker Apple Inc. has significantly increased its orders for touch screens for its Apple iPhone device from the German supplier Balda.
Apple iPhone would be launched on June 29 this month and is one of the most anticipated products of the year.
The report added that the company enhanced their orders from Balda after problems surfaced at Japan’s Sharp which is said to be one of the component suppliers for the Apple iPhone.
Balda declined to comment on the Apple rumor but did say that they are expanding its production site for touch screens in China.
The company spokesperson said that the demand for such screen is expected to boom in the coming years and they are preparing to meet the requirement of the market.
