Reports: Apple iPhone failing to attract a premium on eBay
Apple seems to have done a good job making available enough units of Apple iPhone at launch time.
The iPhone started appearing for sale on eBay just hours after the official launch. But the interest seems to be low considering not much bidding is going on.
There were just a couple of bids which attracted higher price than what the Apple is selling it for.
Both Apple and AT&T stores are selling the iPhone in their stores and it is also available on sale on the Apple website.
Looks like this is one high profile device which has been marketed properly and is being sold in an efficient manner…
Good job done Apple!
Incidentally, finding a Nintendo Wii gaming console unit in a retail store in USA continues to be a hard job. Even after months of launch, the console continues to attract a premium in online listings on eBay!
