TiVo users can now directly download movies from Amazon Unbox
Amazon and TiVo have announced that they have now launched a new service that would allow TiVo customers to download movies directly from Amazon Unbox without using a personal computer.
Amazon’s Unbox delivers near-DVD quality movies and TiVo customers would have access to the movies directly on their devices.
Amazon charges $1.99 per episode of a TV show. Movies are available for purchase at prices starting at $7.97. Older movies can be purchased for a bargain price of USD 1.99.
Amazon has in its catalog more than 1,100 movies available for rent. More than 2000 movies are available for purchase on the Unbox store.
Amazon and TiVo said that customers can store their acquired movies on Amazon itself and download it whenever it is required for viewing.
