Apple expected to post impressive revenue reports on iPhone sales
Apple is scheduled to come out with their revenue reports sometime this week. And they are expected to post around a 35 percent surge in quarterly profits based on the impressive sales of their recently launched Apple iPhone mobile phone.
Market analysts would be more than interested in getting the details on sales report of the iPhone in the initial few days of launch.
Deutsche Bank analyst Chris Whitmore said in a note to their clients: “Perhaps the most significant catalyst from the report will be feedback regarding initial iPhone demand. We believe initial iPhone demand is very robust.”
Market analysts believe that the company sold as many as 700,000 iPhones in the first weekend. However, the phones are being booked as subscription revenue over two years so the figures posted by the company are likely to include just one-eighth of the entire figures.
