Karstadt says that they would sell the Apple iPhone in Germany
German department store chain Karstadt has said in a statement that they would soon begin selling the Apple iPhone in the German market.
The company however did not clarify how they would be able to achieve this feat considering Apple is yet to announce any kind of partnership with any telecom carrier in the European market.
Apple is offering the iPhone in the US market at the moment in partnership with AT&T which is offering a two year long contract with the mobile phone.
A Karstadt spokeswoman said in a statement confirming the rumors in the market: “We will offer the iPhone.”
They revealed little else but said that they are likely to have enough iPhones in stock to offer in time for the Christmas shopping season.
