Google Analytics users facing reliability issues

Google’s Analytics service has been facing reliability issues. The problem started this Saturday when it stopped delivering data to the users.

Messages posted on the Google Analytics blog states that the problem affected all user accounts and is still continuing.

The blog post confirms that the users can login to their account pages but the data has not been updated since quite sometime.

Google has however said that the data has not been lost and is still being recorded. Just that the delivery of the data has been problematic.

Google Analytics users have been speculating that the problems are occurring due to recently introduced User Interface of the system.

Google had recently updated the backend to show reports in a more user friendly way. Looks like that upgrade has been kind of problematic for the service.

It appears to be returning to operation. At least I’m getting stats now.

    Hi,

I faced this problem and needed to extract monthly reports for my clients being end of month. I had to shoot an email to some of my clients that will send the report later due to this error. Hope its been rectified so that we can view the analytics, data etc.
