Toshiba announces HD-A35, HD-A30 and HD-A3 HD DVD players
Japanese consumer electronics maker Toshiba has announced that they are going to make available three new HD DVD players in the market.
These three new players would be HD-A35, HD-A30 and HD-A3.
The company claimed that these three new products would be part of their “third generation” HD DVD players.
All of these three would be priced competitively at below USD 500. They are expected to be made available in the market by October this year.
Toshiba further said that these players would feature a “CE-Link” HDMI connection which would enable them to communicate with and control another electronics device.
Jodi Sally, vice president of marketing for Toshiba added on these new products: “Because of the proven manufacturing efficiencies of the HD DVD format, Toshiba can bring this level of innovation in technology to a new generation of players with cutting-edge functionality at affordable prices.”
