Apple Mac Mini updated with faster processors and more disk space
Apple has not only launched their new range of iMacs but they have also updated their Mac Mini range of computers.
The new Mac Mini comes loaded with faster processors and more disk space at the same price points.
This is contradictory to the rumors in the market which stated that the company is likely to pull the plug on the entry-level system all together.
Apple Mac Mini now comes powered with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor. The cheaper version gets the 1.83GHz processor. The expensive version comes with the 2.0GHz processor.
They are now loaded with 1GB of DDR2 SDRAM on two SO-DIMMs. However, they would still feature the Intel’s integrated GMA 950 graphics processor.
Both are shipping with Mac OS X v10.4 “Tiger” and iLife 08 pre-installed.
