Nokia 500 Auto Navigation launched

World’s largest mobile phone maker Nokia has launched a satellite navigation device named Nokia 500 Auto Navigation in the market.

This comes after the company launched GPS compatible N95 and 6100 handsets.

This new product is a dedicated satellite navigation device which would compete with other products in this segment of the market.

Marcus Stahl, director, Nokia Automotive spoke about this new product: “The Nokia 500 Auto Navigation is an expansion of our extensive enhancements portfolio. Our solutions are tightly integrated with our mobile devices, allowing users to enjoy quality hands free communication with their phone book, music and competitive navigation.”

The device comes with a 4.3-inch screen and users would be able to connect their phone via Bluetooth to use the devices to make hands free calls.

Nokia added that they would sell the device preloaded with regional maps for the territory along with detailed travel information and points of interest.
