SanDisk launches Apple iPod Shuffle challenger CLIP
SanDisk has launched their latest portable music player named Clip which is a direct challenger to the Apple iPod Shuffle.
The 1 GB model would cost USD 39.99 and it comes loaded with a FM tuner. It supports multiple audio formats including Mp3, WMA, secure WMA.
It also comes loaded with a microphone to enable voice recording and the company claims that the unit has a fifteen hour battery life.
SanDisk also launched a 2 GB model which is also available in blue, red, pink, and black colors. This model has a 30 hour battery life.
This player is much different from the Apple iPod Shuffle as it comes with an OLED screen. It also comes with a clip at the back of the player to make it easier for the user to attach it to clothing. This feature was made much popular by the Shuffle.
The 2 GB model would sell for $59.99.
