Apple iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store launched
With the launch of the iPod Touch, Apple has also launched their iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store.
This store has been optimized for the iPhone and iPod Touch which are both capable of connecting to the internet using wi-fi hotspots.
The company said that the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store would display four buttons: Features, Top Tens, Search and Downloads.
It would work similarly to the desktop version of the iTunes and customers would be able to click on a Buy Now button to purchase their desired song.
The song would then be downloaded on their iTunes directly using the Wi-Fi connection.
These songs would then be downloaded on the user’s machine the next time it is attached to it for synchronization.
Apple added that the Wi-Fi Music Store is available internationally in every country where Apple operates an iTunes Store. iPhone users would soon get this functionality through an update.
