Hewlett Packard launches 5 new iPaq models

Hewlett Packard is already the world’s largest personal computer maker. The company is now working on expanding their smartphone range.

HP launched 5 new iPaq models along with two 3G mobile phones, a GPS device and two PDAs.

The iPaq 910 and 610 are powered with the recently launched Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 platform.

The iPaq 910 is designed for the business users and sports a full QWERTY keyboard. It would ship with Windows Mobile applications, and the Enterprise Mobility Suite.

The iPaq 610 would feature four radios and would support the quad-band cellular. It features a 2.8-inch rectangular display and has been designed for optimized Web browsing and GPS.

The iPaq 310 has been termed by the company as a travel companion. It comes with two radios, GPS, and Bluetooth. It is powered by the Microsoft’s Windows CE 5.0 platform.

The HP iPaq 210 is optimized for enterprises and comes with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support. It comes loaded with Office Mobile, Outlook, IE Mobile, and Windows Media Player Mobile.

The HP iPaq 110 is the cheapest of the lot and comes with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth with a smaller 3.5-inch screen.
