Vodafone set to launch iPhone rival Samsung F700 in UK market
It is still not confirmed on which mobile service provider would get to sell the iPhone in the European market.
However, Vodafone has announced their plans to launch the Samsung’s challenger to the iPhone, the F700 smartphone.
The company has revealed that they have signed on an exclusive agreement with the company to sell the F700 in the European market.
Vodafone is expected to tweak the phone and co-brand it for the launch in the European market.
The phone features touch-screen capabilities and plays audio and video files. It also has a pull-down QWERTY keyboard and support for 3G and HSDPA networks.
Samsung F700 is only one of around 25 new handsets Vodafone is preparing to launch this coming holiday season.
