Fox to provide free season premiere episodes on Apple iTunes
Unlike NBC Universal, Fox seems to have no issues dealing with Apple on selling their media content on Apple iTunes.
The media company has now announced that they would be providing season premieres of seven Fox Broadcasting shows for free on the Apple iTunes.
This would include their hugely popular shows including “Prison Break” and “Bones”. They would also be providing the premiere episode of their new shows such as “K-Ville.”
These episodes would be available on sale for a period of a week.
NBC Universal in comparison has announced that they are not renewing their deal with Apple Inc. They are also working on launching their own service named NBC Direct. In addition, they are also selling their stuff through iTunes rivals.
