LG has Prada, Samsung now has Giorgio Armani
South Korean tech company LG recently launched their LG Prada mobile phone device they developed in collaboration with the fashion house Prada.
Now, Samsung has announced that they would be working with Italian luxury goods designer Giorgio Armani to launch a new range of premium electronic products.
The two companies are likely to work together on developing mobile phones, flat-screen televisions and other electronic products.
They are currently scheduled to launch their Giorgio Armani-Samsung luxury mobile sometime today.
The two companies further announced their plans to display an Armani/Casa-Samsung luxury LCD television early next year.
Yun Jong-Yong, vice chairman of Samsung Electronics had this to say on the partnership: “This powerful partnership will match great design with leading technology to ensure performance is as impressive as appearance.”
