Revenue Science to offer mobile ads in Japan

Revenue Science has announced that they would soon start offering behaviorally targeted advertising services for mobile services in the Japanese market.

The company chose to launch their service in japan first considering it has one of the most advanced networks with millions of heavy users.

They would then be launching similar services in the US market sometime next year. They are currently in talks with mobile operators in that market.

Revenue Science Chief Executive Bill Gossman spoke about the new developments: “Everything we’ve learned in Japan should be directly applicable to the U.S.”

They would be delivering their services through a partnership with mediba and Digital Advertising Consortium.

Mobile advertising is expected to become a huge market in the coming years and Google is already working on becoming a force in this segment.
