Microsoft updates Live Search engine to compete effectively against Google
Google is the market leader in the search engine industry. Microsoft is a relatively a smaller player they they are working hard on enhancing the service to become more popular.
The company has now said that the newly added enhancements to their search engine would make it more useful to the web users.
Microsoft claims that they have now enhanced the number of websites they are crawling massively.
In addition, the core technology powering the search engine has also been improved for better indexing and ranking.
The company added that the search engine has been improved to effectively display results for searches for Stop Words. Satya Nadella, corporate vice president for Microsoft’s search and advertising group went on to claim: “It’s a huge improvement. We believe we can now compete with Google.”
