Research In Motion and Eatoni to work on keyboard technology
Research In Motion has announced that they would now be working with Eatoni Ergonomics on a new keyboard technology.
Research in Motion is the company behind the massively popular Blackberry range of smartphones.
The deal signed between the two companies would see Eatoni granting rights to RIM to use their technology in Blackberry phones.
RIM is making an equity investment in Eatoni in return for this favor.
The two companies added in a statement: “The parties met in accordance with the court’s mediation process and common goals were identified, which led to the settlement.”
