Tata Indica V2 Turbo DLX now available with dual front airbags and anti-lock braking system
Tata is finally giving safety a priority on their cars. The Indian automaker has now launched a new variant of their Tata Indica hatchback which comes loaded with dual front airbags and anti-lock braking system.
This new variant V2 Turbo DLX is the top end model of this range and is being offered at a price of Rs 4.76 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
Incidentally, Indica cars already comes preloaded with other safety features including anti-submarine seats, side-impact beams, front crumple zone, collapsible steering column, energy absorbing bumpers and ELR type seat belts.
The car faces intense competition from rival products like Hyundai Santro and Maruti Zen Estilo in the market. At the higher end Maruti Swift is a big challenger.
