IDLDPL to sell Creative Zen media players in India

IDLDPL has announced that they would now be selling Creative’s Zen media player range in the Indian market.

The Creative Zen media player is available in capacities of 4GB and 8GB. These are flash memory based players.

These players feature a 2.5-inch color screen with 320 x 240-pixel resolution and supports up to 16.7 million colors.

Users would be able to store up to 16 hours of videos or around 1000 songs on these players.

These players support AAC, MP3 and WMA music file formats along with WMV9, MJPEG, MPEG4-SP, compatible DivX 4 and 5, and XviD.

Deepak Raj Singh, brand manager, Creative, IDLDPL spoke on this new development: “The biggest advantage of Credit Card-sized Creative Zen is that it is highly portable and has a large LCD screen, integrated FM radio and one can also expand memory. These features put this version of Creative Zen far ahead of competition products. As the festive season is approaching, I am expecting there will be a surge in the demand for lifestyle products.”

Creative Zen 4 GB player is priced at Rs. 9999. The 8 GB edition costs around Rs. 13999.
