AT&T U-verse suffers outage

US based telecom giant AT&T has confirmed that the customers of their premium television service, U-verse faced issues with the reliability of the services.

The company added that they were able to fix much of the network problems within a couple of hours.

They are still investigation on what went wrong with the system resulting in these uptime issues.

AT&T has been pretty aggressive with the deployment of this next generation of television service.

The system is powered with software technology provided by Microsoft and some other companies.

This service is essential for AT&T to maintain their user base as they want to avoid risking them moving to rival services.

    to whom it concerns I have done business with several companies, yet never have I felt the need to contact any of them. You have been very lax in your treatment of me and my account. Managers make agreements that are not honored. your billing department fails to communicate with your restoral department. You lie and misreepresent your product. Your bundle service is a joke you agree to one thing your bill is actually double. You are so worried about losing customers when you should concentrate on how to keep your existing customers,treat them with respect they are the reason you have your positions,listen to your customer, and when you make arrangements with a customer and the customer honors their end of the deal then so should AT&T. I will definitely be moving away from your service, customer service does not know how to talk to customer, managers lie or they are never available to speak with the customer. Inspect what you expect your company may fair better. I will be advertising on my vehicle what a crock AT&T uverse is and hope to sway peolpe from being treated the way I have. So thank you AT&T for making my experience one I will never forget AT&T and never again in this life will I do business with you. You have a way of saving yourself that is restore my uverse service by 10/30/07 5pm or you can ccancel my account. Which is most important to you.
