Apple restricting 2 iPhones per buyer
Apple has confirmed that they are following a new policy for selling their Apple iPhone mobile device in the market.
Apple said that any new customer can only order two iPhones at one time. And he would be require to pay using a credit or debit card.
The aim is to prevent resellers stocking the iPhones for the upcoming holiday season. This would also help them to ensure maintain availability for genuine new buyers.
Apple spokeswoman Natalie Kerris said in a statement on the new policy: “Customer response to the iPhone has been off the charts, and limiting iPhone sales to two per customer helps us ensure that there are enough iPhones for people who are shopping for themselves or buying a gift. We’re requiring a credit or debit card for payment to discourage unauthorized resellers.”
