rightly said. they should be happy on receiving free publicity. it is what keeping them alive. people love macs. and if they are sued for that, mac would lost the edge they have over microsoft.

1. Millions of people read the rumour. It got them EXCITED.
2. It turned out to be mostly true.
3. The expectancy created was perfect publicity.
4. Apple should give the guy a job, not sue him.
