Maruti Suzuki continues to dominate JD Power’s India Customer Satisfaction Index study
India’s leading automaker Maruti Suzuki has continued its domination in the JD Power’s India Customer Satisfaction Index study.
They have topped the survey for the eighth year in a row. They scored an impressive 838 points out of 1000.
Maruti Suzuki also happened to be the sole car maker to score more than the industry average of 777 points.
They were followed by Honda, Hyundai, Toyota and Ford which scored 765, 745, 740 and 737 points respectively.
Honda, Skoda and Hyundai are the three companies which showed the maximum improvement from last year’s study.
