MySpace to copy news feed concept from Facebook
MySpace is the web’s most popular social networking service. However, they are facing challenge from Facebook which is very popular amongst corporate and college students.
MySpace has now stated that they are soon going to incorporate a feature similar to Facebook which enables the member to stay informed about the updates with their contacts on the service.
Fox Interactive Media President Peter Levinsohn said in a statement: “The concept of a news feed is something we are very focused on, and we’ll be well down the path in the next 30 to 45 days.”
MySpace is also planning on enabling features to allow the members of the service to create multiple profiles on the service.
This would enable them to have different profiles for different group of people.
