Transcend launches 16GB Class 6 SDHC card in India
Transcend has now launched their 16GB Class 6 SDHC card in the Indian market. This new product is their largest capacity card till date and it is based on the SD 2.0 standard supporting the FAT32 file system format.
The company said that this new card is fully class 6 compliant and it supports fast data transfer speeds.
It has enough capacity to store thousands of images and video clips and even full length movie files.
It also features a mechanical write protection switch to prevent accidental deletion by the user.
Transcend has also equipped the card with ECC or Error Correcting Code for automatic detection and correction of errors during data transfer.
This card is being sold at a retail price of Rs 5,600.
