eBay in 2008 to focus on enhancing user experience
Online auction site eBay has announced that they would focus on enhancing the user experience on their service next year.
The aim is to make their service more satisfying for its millions of users. They have already been working on improving their site as they changed the home page of the service earlier this year with better search tools.
eBay is also going to focus on cleaning up their user base to remove sellers with unethical or questionable business strategies.
John Donahoe, president of eBay Marketplaces spoke on their plans: “EBay needs to evolve the user experience to be more competitive and differentiated. We could start basing our search results or other policies on user feedback, or at least give the buyer a warning.”
