Zipit Wireless Messenger 2 to support text messaging
Zipit Wireless Inc. has announced that they are soon going to offer text messaging plans on their Zipit Wireless Messenger 2 device.
Zipit Wireless Messenger 2 enables the user of the device to connect to Wi-Fi hotspots and chat with friends on messaging applications like AIM, Yahoo Messenger and MSN Live Messenger.
The new plan would enable the user to send text messages to mobile users.
The service is going to be cheap and would cost around $4.99 for up to 3,000 messages a month.
The device would be able to receive, as well as send text messages. Users would be able to receive text messages only from approved numbers so they are going to be safe from the spam sms campaigns.
