Hyundai i20 in India next year

Hyundai Motor India recently launched their i10 small car in the Indian market.

The company is now planning to launch an upgraded version named i20 in India sometime later next year.

This car is also likely to be manufactured exclusively in India and would be exported to other countries.

This new model is expected to be priced between Rs 5-6 lakh.

Both of these models would be manufactured at the company’s second plant at Sriperumbudur near Chennai.

Hyundai added that the diesel edition of i10 would be introduced in India in 2010. They are also scheduled to launch Santa Fe SUV in India next year.
