LG Viewty launched in India
LG Electronics has now launched their latest mobile phone Viewty in the Indian market.
The company said that this new mobile comes loaded with a professional-level camera and many easy-to-use features.
LG has already announced their plans to expand their GSM Mobile Phone range in the Indian market. They plan to launch 20 models in the market next year.
LG Viewty (LG-KU990) has a 5 mega pixel camera phone with 3-inch full LCD touch screen and a Xenon flash. LG said that the phone features ISO800 and SmartLight technology along with one-touch ‘Image Stabilizer’ for bright and clear pictures.
LG India Director (Sales and Marketing) V. Ramachandran added in a statement: “We want to consolidate our position in the Indian market and are targeting 8-10 per cent market share in a couple of years. We plan to launch around 20 more new handsets in the GSM segment where we have nine models. We want to be among the top three mobile handset vendors by next year. We will also focus on offering premium mobile phones in the GSM space.”
